Rev. & Mrs. Joel Rinderknecht       

Joel is French and was raised in France.  His parents are still there.
He grew up attending a local liberal Protestant Church.  At 15, Joel,
his Mother, brother & sister began attending a Bible study with an American missionary (who was later to
become Joel's father-in-law).  Joel accepted the Lord during this time.  Right before he turned 18, he asked God for
direction for his life.  His answer was full time pastoral ministry for Joel.  He received a BS from the Institut Universitaire
de Technologie (France) and a MDiv. from Grace Theological Seminary.

Jennifer's parents received Christ as their Savior when she was 3, and she was taught about Jesus at an early age.
She accepted the Lord as her Savior between the ages of 4 & 5.  She left for France in June of 1971 at the age of
8 with her Missionary parents.  During BMM yearly camps, she came to love our Heavenly Father in a more real
and intimate way and in 1979 was convicted that God wanted her service in France.

The Rinderknechts arrived in France in 1997.  They purchased a home in Hyeres and used it for services until it was
filled to capacity.  They have rented a larger place but that too is filled to capacity, and they are seeking a larger
building or land on which to build.
